If you are looking to improve your health, fitness and get in better shape then Body Bootcamp is the class for you.  Each session will involve a series of high intensity individual and team exercises.  Whether you are a new mum, overweight or just looking to get fit, body bootcamp will give you the results your looking for!

We run a variety of over the course of the week so there is sure to be a class that suits your schedule.
